About Us

Kenzley Title Group, Inc. (KTG), was created by a collaboration of many experienced people and different groups.  Beginning in 2008 with Lee County Title, Inc., located in Dixon, IL , we have grown through acquisitions and strategic planning.  With seven offices located throughout Carroll, Lee, Ogle and Whiteside counties, we have 22 employees with over 175 years of title experience.
 
At Kenzley Title Group, Inc. (KTG), we believe in always trying our best to exceed our customers expectations.  This is being done by knowing our customers, anticipating their needs and staying knowledgeable in this ever changing world of Real Estate.
